How do I cancel my subscription? - iOS

We are sorry to hear that you wish to cancel your Live Play subscription in Canasta Junction.

Remember that after you cancel your subscription, you will be allowed to play Live Play until the expiration date. You can however continue to use the app to play Solitaire and or compete in Duplicate tournaments. 

Here's how to cancel your subscription and make sure you do not have an additional charge on your account:

How to Cancel my Live Play subscription:

1. Open Canasta Junction app.

2. Go to your CJ account by tapping on your CJ username at the top right hand corner.

3. Tap on Manage Subscription

4. You can either follow the instructions detailed in the pop-up message or you can tap on Manage your subscription

5. You will be led to the active subscriptions associated with your Apple ID. Select Canasta Junction.

6. Tap on Cancel Subscription (red button)

7. You will see a message confirming that your subscription is canceled and the corresponding expiration date.
 

You can also unsubscribe your Live Play subscription directly from your Apple device settings : 

1. On your iPhone/iPad, go to Settings


2. Tap on your name/photo


3. Go to Subsriptions


4. You will be led to the active subscriptions associated with your Apple ID. Select Canasta Junction.



5. Tap on Cancel Subscription (red button)



6. You will see a message confirming that your subscription is canceled and the corresponding expiration date.
