How do I cancel my subscription? - WebGL

We are sorry to hear that you wish to cancel your membership in Canasta Junction.

The only cost involved in CJ is in the Live Play subscription which you can cancel anytime. However, you can continue to use the app to play Solitaire and/or compete in Duplicate tournaments.

Please follow the step-by-step guide below to cancel your Live Play membership:

1. Go to your account (click on your CJ username at the top right-hand corner)
2. Click on Manage Subscription
3. You will see a pop-up message containing your subscription details, you have to click on Cancel my subscription at the bottom right corner)
4. A confirmation message will be shown, if you are still decided to cancel, click on Confirm
5. A successful message will be shown, and in your subscription details it will indicate Subscription Canceled
