Your Canasta Junction subscription is designed to be flexible, allowing you to play on various devices and share it with your family.
Playing on Multiple Devices A single subscription allows you to play "Live Play" on all supported platforms, including iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Windows PC. You do not need to purchase separate subscriptions for each device. Simply log in with the same CJ account on any device to access your subscription.
Family Sharing If you purchased your subscription on an iPhone or iPad, you can share it with members of your family through Apple's Family Sharing feature. If you have trouble accessing a shared subscription, follow these steps:
- Fully delete the Canasta Junction app from the device (don't just remove it from the home screen).
- Open the App Store and tap your profile icon in the top right corner.
Go to
Purchases>Family Purchasesand select the family member who originally bought the subscription .- Find Canasta Junction in their purchase list and re-download it. The icon should be a cloud with an arrow.
- Once installed, log in to your CJ account and tap "Restore" to activate the shared subscription.
