Sorry to hear you are having connectivity issues. If you are playing Live Play games, please consider the factors detailed below:
- Check your Wi-Fi connection.
- If you are using an iPhone or iPad and exit the app for 10 seconds, you will be disconnected. By exiting the app we mean using another app, picking up a phone call, or whatever that leaves the CJ app in the background. Anyway, remember that you can always reconnect to the table you were playing on.
- If you are using the web app, you will be disconnected after 3 minutes of inactivity.
- Check your CJ app version. You should be updated to the latest version (CJ 4.9.2).
- Maybe the browser is not compatible with the app.
- Maybe your device is not updated to the latest operating system.
We suggest trying on a different device or platform (web) to see if you get disconnected as well. You can also reinstall the app to rule out any anomalies.
